About
Hey there, I’m Nicole - a Montana-raised, Texas-livin’ gal passionate about hormones, women’s health, and embracing a natural, cycle-centric lifestyle. I’m here to help you balance your hormones and live healthier and fuller than ever before.
I’m a certified hormone coach, an essential oils specialist, and a FEMM fertility charting educator. I’m passionate about all things hormones because I too was one of the 80% of women who suffered from hormonal imbalances. I’m on a mission to help women learn how to support their hormones so they can thrive!
How it started
While over-exerting my body with running 6 days a week, working in a high-stress environment, and a go-go-go mindset that seeped into my social life, for years I was “healthy” and “thriving” from the outside, but exhausted and just surviving inside.
With the prompting of my best friend to start charting my cycle as a vital cycle of health, I uncovered a hormone imbalance of low progesterone - from symptoms I had previously thought were normal! Luckily, I was able to work with an aligned practitioner to get back to balance.
Wondering “why didn’t I know all this earlier?!” led me to dig deeper. If you’re like me, you didn’t learn about fertility cycles, the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, or the benefits of cycle-centric nutrition, exercise, and a non-toxic lifestyle as it relates to our female body either. I took a deep dive down the path of women’s health and natural lifestyles that led me to hormone coaching and ultimately helping women heal from the effects of a high-toxic, high-stress world.
Why EverFemme?
I created EverFemme to help women understand the beauty of their feminine design. I help women discover the natural rhythm of their bodies, and heal from any disruptions by addressing the root cause of hormonal imbalance through nutrition, exercise, lifestyle choices, and more.
By listening to the messages our bodies are sending us, we can respect our bodies and properly nourish and heal them with the gifts of the earth and other solutions that support rather than suppress our hormones.
